Contract note

A contract note is the legal record of your trades for a day, which your broker must send within 24 hours. It lists every order and trade with its time and price, and every charge: brokerage, STT, stamp duty, exchange and SEBI charges, and GST.

Keep contract notes for tax. They show the exact buy and sell values and charges you need to work out capital gains, and they are the evidence if a trade is ever disputed.
